My Muses and I

when i met my muses,
her voice belled forth
and the thoughts in me bent,
images dance
while words load up the pages,
while smiling or sighing,
I take her photography
and complete the story,
until she's ready to rest,
it's a speechless procedure.

muses are strange and friendly at the same time.

I agree that muses can be strange and friendly and they can also be complete strangers or someone very close to you. My muses are my family; they things they say, do or have done. In my of my stories, it's always something that happened or that I can imagine happened in my parent's lives. They're not with me anymore, but they continue to be my inspiration.
I quite enjoyed reading this, it's was quite lovely. Praying that you have a blessed weekend.

You well describe the muse. Sometimes demanding... sometimes elusive :)
